1. Parties

1.1 This Agreement is between Music Mint (operating musicmint.app) and the registered songwriter ("the Writer").

2. Song Submission

2.1 Works uploaded are split into up to five audio snippets for private subscriber listening and will not be publicly broadcast without an executed deal.

2.2 The Writer may withdraw any Work at any time prior to a deal being executed, with no penalty.

3. Copyright — Retained by Writer

3.1 The Writer retains full copyright ownership at all times. Music Mint acquires no copyright in any Work.

4. Publishing Rights

4.1 Upon a deal, the Writer grants Music Mint an exclusive publishing licence for five (5) years.

4.2 Music Mint may sell publishing rights to a Sub-Publisher with the Writer's written consent. The Writer receives a disclosed percentage of the sale.

4.3 At term end, all publishing rights revert to the Writer automatically.

5. Revenue Split

5.1 The Writer receives seventy percent (70%) of all net deal revenue. Music Mint retains 30%.

7. Follow-on Works

7.1 Once a deal is executed with a Subscriber, any further works the Writer creates for or with that Subscriber — including songs for an album, EP or other project — must be commissioned, negotiated and contracted exclusively through Music Mint and remain covered by the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement.

7.2 This obligation lasts for ten (10) years from the date of the most recent deal executed between the Writer and that Subscriber. Arranging such work directly with the Subscriber is a material breach.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Writer's identity is confidential until a deal is executed. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Listening Rooms

1.1 Subscribers access numbered rooms to hear song snippets. Each room is personal and non-transferable.

1.2 Songs heard are for evaluation only. No recording or distribution of any snippet is permitted, unless or until an agreement has been made between you and this platform.

2. Confidentiality & NDA

3. No Unauthorised Reproduction

3.1 The Subscriber is strictly prohibited from recording, copying, or reproducing any audio, lyrics, or melody heard on Music Mint. Violation constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued legally.

4. Recording Deals

4.1 To record a song, the Subscriber must initiate the deal exclusively through Music Mint. Direct contact with the songwriter is a material breach.

4.3 Once a deal is executed with a songwriter, any further songs from that songwriter — including songs for an album, EP or other project — must be commissioned and contracted exclusively through Music Mint and remain covered by the NDA in clause 2, for ten (10) years from the date of the most recent deal executed with that songwriter.

4.2 All deals are subject to a fixed 70/30 split, with Music Mint holding publishing rights for five (5) years.

5. Governing Law

5.1 Subscriptions billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
